Application

OR roller restores buckled, collapsed casing to its nominal diameter and roundness during intervention operations in a wellbore.

Design

The roller consists of a mandrel, regular rollers (upper and lower), a set of middle rollers and a nose cone. The mandrel has box thread connection at the upper end. The mandrel has eccentric 120° V-grooves, on which rotating rollers of relevant diameter are installed.
The rollers cold-roll the internal surface of the collapsed casing during rotation, forming casing ID correlated to roller`s OD.
The roller can be manufactured in left-hand configuration.
