Application

SShch scraper-brush scours internal walls of the casing and removes mud, rust, asfaltene, tar and paraffin build-ups.

Design

SShch scraper-brush consists of a body with a watercourse, a jet bushing, a sub and a set of interchangeable brushes.
Run on drillpipes, jet is activated with sufficient mud pressure and brush is rotated with high-speed mud motor, rotary table and top drive assembly. By jointly brushing and jetting, the scraper-brush provides safe and effective cleaning of casing ID after perforation.
It is available with right and left-hand thread.
