FSO-T Window-starting Mill With Combined Reinforcement

Application

FSO-T window-starting mill with combined reinforcement is used to run in and set whipstock on the bottom and to mill window in a cased hole, all in a single trip.

It can be used:

To run in and set up whipstock;
Separately with circulation through ports;
In conjunction with one (two) watermelon mills and circulation through ports.

Design

Having helix angle, FSO-T window-starting mill dressed with crushed tungsten carbide and carbide inserts.
The mill is used in extreme environment (double casing, high-grade steel casing (i.e. R-110) and for heavy-wall casing.
